Lindsey founded Strictly Self Defense to share the knowledge that she has from more than 20 years of martial arts training. Lindsey’s goal is to empower members of her community to make smart decisions while working and living, by creating awareness around the importance of having a self defense mindset. Strictly Self Defense provides training for your group, at your location. Basic programs are available for youth, teens and adults. Lindsey is also available to present to groups with a targeted focus, such as women, mothers, faith-based groups, real estate professionals, runners and organizations looking for a team-building activity. “I want everyone to make choices that decrease their likelihood of becoming a victim.
