Stride Physio's mission is to attain and exceed the human potential of playful, powerful and beautiful movement in order to embody a healthful, active, and independent lifestyle. Stride Physio is an independent, woman-owned, specialty outpatient physical therapy clinic in Seattle, Washington. We serve the individual and community by providing highly skilled, transformative and empathetic care using specialized physical therapy techniques that address the whole person in maintaining and improving their mobility, independence and exceptional physical performance in all chosen activities. We are detectives sleuthing out the barriers to healthy movement. We are alchemists who provide targeted rehabilitation prescriptions. We are coaches who meter out the appropriate encouragement and guidance. We are ninja’s who transform injury and movement dysfunction into movement elation. Our aim is to truly understand what a person is experiencing and to move them beyond their expectations. We achieve our mission by fostering the health and wellness of the whole person and by addressing what is most important to each person in attaining their movement goals. We use a hands-on approach, powered by a deep well of continuing education tools and evidence based practices to prescribe the appropriate, targeted program toward wellness and freedom of movement.
