A unique team development experience using horses as mentors for self-improvement. Each session is non-ridden and throughout the day, we build powerful connections with the horses using primarily observation and non-verbal messaging. Horses provide honest feedback regarding the effectiveness of our own communication skills and the impact of our behaviour on those around us resulting in improved confidence, greater awareness and empathy, enhanced well-being, energy and motivation.
