About Strings West Australia

Our Mission Fun is always centre stage at Strings West. Operating exclusively for violin, viola, cello and double bass, our aim is to build a talented and supportive community of string educators, parents and children in Melbourne’s West. Our ensemble-based, child-centred holistic education aims to create a joyous and inclusive environment, inspire confidence, promote self-motivation, and foster a life-long love of music through friendship and shared music-making. Our Attributes We are well-organised, customer-service focused, have strong classroom management skills, appreciate the unique qualities of every child and bring a wide range of learning styles, techniques and methods to the table. We are willing to experiment, learn new techniques, share ideas and work with students and families to bring about the best results possible results for each child.
