Based in Wilmington, DE, we’ve been helping aspiring leaders discover their potential and lead with purpose for over 20 years. What We Do Our mission is simple: to spread the power of character-driven leadership. Through our programs (workshops, personalized programs, coaches training, Sports Challenge, and Middle School Clinic), we help individuals and teams develop leadership skills through social and emotional learning. We inspire them to lead their own lives, build meaningful relationships, and create inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive—personally and collectively. Who we Work With We work with young people and the adults who serve them in schools, sports and community centers. We intentionally work with participants of different backgrounds, ensuring leadership skills are practiced among people with different life experiences and creating a community of leaders that exemplify the diversity needed in leadership roles. How We Do It Leadership is a journey, and we guide our participants every step of the way. Our programs are grounded in seven essential skills-Grit, Empathy, Communication, Self-Awareness, Culture, Motivation, and Energy. These aren’t just buzzwords; they’re the building blocks of resilience, growth, and meaningful connection.
