Structural Engineering and Inspections, Inc. (SEI), was founded in 2002 by Byron Anderson, P.E. and Thomas Miller, P.E. A firm formed with the fundamental principal of providing the highest level of service possible in the structural engineering field. The managing partners have more than thirty years of engineering experience and pride themselves in providing “Real World” solutions that meet the requirements set forth in codes and by regulatory bodies. The firm is based in the Tampa Bay area and works in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando, and Manatee counties. However, the scope of the business is not limited to these areas and operations extend throughout the entire state of Florida. Between the three professional engineers, they hold licenses throughout the Southeast region of the United States, from North Carolina to Texas. SEI specializes in Engineering, including Residential and Forensic Engineering; Inspections, including, but not limited to Thresholds and Insurance Inspections, and Light Commercial projects.
