We are Chartered Structural and Chartered Civil Engineers with experience in building defects diagnostics and structural design across most types of commercial and residential buildings. In all property transactions, speed, accuracy and quality are important. At Structural Surveys we recognise this and have developed bespoke software that enables all of our structural engineers to capture digital data, live on site, as the survey proceeds. We do this by using digital tablet technology allowing the report to be prepared as the data is captured. There are no hand written notes. There is no delay while the notes are being deciphered and translated into a report. Our reports are 95% completed when we leave the building and simply need a final review back in the office, prior to digital issue. Our reports are issued within 24 hours of the survey taking place. Our bespoke digital technology enables us to prepare structural base drawings, live on site, as the initial phase of our design process. No Paper, No Hand Written Notes, No Delay!
