Student Catalyst Gateway™ (SCG™) is a purpose-driven, tech-powered not-for-profit start-up reimagining how students transition from education to employment. We’re building something bold, with a team of brilliant, values-led, and slightly rebellious minds who believe students deserve more than generic career advice. They deserve a launchpad. Our focus is on post-secondary students from equity-deserving backgrounds, with a focus on Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis), racialized, and international learners who face compounded barriers to employment. Too often, they lack dedicated access to career coaching, interview preparation, immigration guidance, settlement support, and counselling for overall wellbeing, all in one place. That’s our differentiator. SCG was created in direct response to these realities, providing personalized, culturally relevant, and affordable support that meets students where they are. By blending AI-powered tools with human-centered coaching, we deliver scalable, equity-informed solutions such as our FutureProof eModules, financial literacy education, and immigration support designed for the real world.
