Studio Far West was founded by Jennie Trethewy and Hollie Milne. After successfully collaborating on several projects a mutual passion for the ever-changing natural surrounding landscape of the West Coast emerged and Studio Far West was established. Jennie specialises in Interior Architecture, FF&E and project management, Hollie in creative concept design, 3D visualisation and materiality. Jennie and Hollie’s design process and approach stems from their ability to collaborate on each project together, elevating and challenging the brief to strike the right balance between function, form, and style. Working together they build an in-depth design brief that reflects you, your personality and your lifestyle resulting in the creation of beautifully crafted multi-layered elegant interiors. In their view, designing Interiors is like telling the story of a person or a place. You can bring a public space to life using design as a narrative tool – or create a home that portrays a client’s personality. By approaching each project holistically, the design duo delivers detailed, thoughtful, and intelligently planned spaces with clear design stories cemented by imaginative use of materials and finishes. We don’t have a house style – we tailor each and every project to suit our client’s needs. Having established several working partnerships with local engineers, artists and trades Studio Far West can deliver exceptionally high personalised levels of service.
