Studio i provide creative design solutions for residential and commercial interiors. Interior design by Rajiv Thakkar aims to consolidate each client’s needs as well as the specific projects requirement into a form which imbues elegance and good taste! Rajiv’s signature style is “Simple Flair” and captures the inherent character of a particular space. We work mainly in neutral tones with colorful accents we use combinations of textures to create an extravagantly simple atmosphere. Our Professionalism & attention to detail ensures the smooth operation of every project, right up until the last picture is hung on the wall. The way we work – After receiving a brief we will do an initial presentation for the client that includes Furniture – civil layout. We will also do an itemized quote. This meeting will allow the client to make any desired changes, additions etc and then decide whether he/she would like to proceed with. We do only consultancy work for the client though we have 150 skilled work force, but that they work directly with the client. We design, select material, arrange material; supervise the site, co ordinate with contractor and client. We work as a team & we require advance 15% of total amount at every 15 days period – that includes our professional fees & contractors labor charges. We then give a site completion date and completely oversee and manage all work to be done at site. Most importantly after completion of work, as and when required we provide grievances service where we cater to the problem within 24 hours.
