About Studio Q

Studio Q is a Karachi based design firm lead by Ar Uzair Quraishi and Ar Saad Pirzada, graduated 2007 and 2013 respectively, and share a combined work experience of 25+ years. Though the practice has been operational since 2009, the firm was formally formed in 2014. Since inception the firm has designed and completed both Architecture and Interior design projects scaling upto 350,000 sqft, which include high rise mixed used towers, residential towers, institutional buildings, corporate offices, retail outlets and residential houses. The firms principals worked previously at ASA pvt ltd and Studio Tariq Hasan after which Studio Q was formed. The firms's focus is to achieve excellence through design and provide a smooth client experience during design and construction phase of the project. We take pride in our diligent and unique design phase followed by an extremely detailed construction/BOQ package which ensures complete follow through of design till site execution. The team is lead by the two principals which ensures a very personalized experience for the client, supported by an experienced team of draftsmen, Cad operators, 3d visualizers and a dedicated quantity surveyor and sample/material management department. The team works cohesively on projects and ensures each stage is coordinated between design and execution teams. Third party prequalified project managers and mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structure consultants are engaged in projects as an when required for a one window solution for the client.
