In 1984, Frans Schrofer founded Studio Schrofer from his home workshop in The Hague. He had the vision to create furniture designs that balanced sculptural beauty with ergonomic excellence. 40 years on, Studio Schrofer has grown from a passion into an international business with a multi-disciplinary and multi-generational team. With a family line of craftsmen, from engineers to painters and sculptors, Schrofer acquired his admiration for hands-on design from a young age. Studio Schrofer proudly continues the family tradition of craftsmanship to create exceptional quality furniture designs, made for modern living. "It's not about today.
