About Style Easy

Ms. Charmaine Eaglin, affectionally known as Ms. E, is a hairstylist, salon owner, cosmetology educator, consultant, and personal care industry expert with a core focus on beauty education. She built her name in the industry as a beauty school director that shaped the lives of hundreds of salon professionals. Since 2006, Charmaine has overseen more than 400 graduates in cosmetology, massage therapy, and barbering. She has directed, organized, and managed several major hair competitions, fundraisers, and community styling events throughout her career. She has an Associate' Degree from the New England College of Business and Management, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Cambridge College, and a Cosmetology License and Cosmetology Educators License issued by the Department of Professional and Occupation Regulations from the state of Virginia. After over ten years in the telecommunication industry with Verizon Communications, in 2007, she embarked on the personal care industry as an Area Supervisor for Regis Corporation, Academic Director for Empire Beauty School, Program Director for VA College for the Cosmetology Department, and Massage Therapy Programs. Along with Milady and Pivot Point educators' training, she established a Personal Care Continued Education Academy, Style Easy, in December 2012, specializing in cosmetology continued training, state board preparation course studies, consulting and facilitating beauty and barber school openings and creating a home haircare brand. She has an unyielding passion for the cosmetology industry. She has made it her life's journey to facilitate future industry professionals to thrive and reach their full potential.
