We were created by a couple of subsea installation engineers who were tired of spending their day fielding unsolicited calls and emails from agents about jobs that had no relevance to their experience or requirements, and being asked by them "do you know anyone else that might be interested?". It was obvious to our guys that subsea recruitment was in need of a shake-up. So the guys got together with one of their friends who's a web developer to talk through their ideas and Subsea Job Match was born. What do we do? We make sure that candidates are only matched with jobs that are relevant to their subsea experience and meet their specific requirements. We allow recruiters to detail specific subsea skillsets that candidates must have to be matched with their job. How do we do it? Our website has been designed by subsea people like you. We have tailor made candidate profile formats and recruiter job post formats that cater to the niche seabed-to-surface subsea sector. This coupled with our bespoke matching algorithm helps us to ensure we achieve our goal. What is our vision?
