Behavioral health challenges are widespread, with millions left untreated. Besides stigma, cost, cultural taboos, and limited access to resources, the root cause remains unaddressed: our inability to navigate the connection and separation through primary emotions. Subtang is an emotional model—a framework—that enhances emotional maturity. It helps individuals regulate stress by turning fear, anger, sadness, anxiety, and joy into constructive feedback. Subtang advocates autonomy, expansion, connection, resilience, clarity, and behavioral health in entrepreneurial and interpersonal contexts. It provides two pathways: a comprehensive four-week course and personalized one-on-one sessions designed to assist both individuals and organizations in incorporating the Subtang model into their everyday lives. Subtang aims to make co-regulation accessible to millions in need—as a preventative tool to regulate repetitive and dysfunctional behaviors rooted in genetic, environmental, or other factors before they become deeply ingrained. By promoting early self-regulation, the model builds a strong foundation for lifelong self-care.
