Kelsey, an author, speaker, and certified coach, brings a powerful voice shaped by overcoming childhood trauma and years of emotional struggle. Marc, a recovery advocate, former addict, and transformational coach, adds lived experience, deep empathy, and proof that it’s never too late to change. Together, they created a method rooted in structure, resilience, and tools that work even on your worst days. This isn’t therapy. It’s not a hype session.
