About Sugar Creek Bible Camp

Sugar Creek Bible Camp is a year-round camp and conference center and is ACA accredited. Established in 1966, the Bible camp offers a variety of meaningful summer camps with "outdoor adventure" themes for over 1,500 children every summer (grades 1-12) in week-long residential and Day Camp programs, including horse camps. Open 365 days a year, Sugar Creek hosts events nearly every weekend for individuals and groups in three comfortable lodges and 16 cabins. Food service is also provided at your option. Nestled in 660 beautiful acres of vast forests, trout streams, ponds, and prairies in the historic "Wildcat Mountains" of the Driftless region of Wisconsin, campers and guests enjoy ten miles of private trails and a variety of outdoor recreation activities. Owned and operated by 125 churches in the Midwest, Sugar Creek is an ELCA Lutheran Bible camp welcoming children, families, and groups of all beliefs and backgrounds for custom events and retreats. Donations to the camp, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, are eligible to be tax deductible. Mission statement: “Where all generations encounter Christ, experience God’s grace, and are empowered by the Holy Spirit to go forth in faith.”
