OUR COOKIES: SUGAR KILN makes, big, chewy, tender cookies with gorgeous chocolate ribbons and sugar-cinnamon crusts. They are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious. The flavor and texture have been perfected over ten years of serving San Diego. I am inspired to take the most traditional flavor, like a chocolate chip cookie, and make it so good that you stop in your tracks and say, “Oh”! That is the origin of the name of our Salted Chocolate & Toffee OMG Cookie. I also have several cookies inspired by extensive work in Oaxaca, Mexico, and our San Diego - Tijuana food community, like our Dark Chocolate Black Mole Cookie, and our Mazapán Snickerdoodle Cookie, which I consider two of our very best cookies. OUR PACKAGING: Each cookie has unique artwork inspired by things we love, from the Saguaro and Ocotillo in Joshua Tree, to jaguars, Mayan snakes, agave plants, and even David Bowie's famous boots.
