Sukhmany Construction Inc., is a W/MBE General Contractor that has been in business for Fifteen years. During those fifteen years we have established a sound client base and a good rapport we all the agencies we have worked with. Our main focus of work has been masonry and concrete where we have undertaken both new construction from the foundation up and rehabilitation of existing buildings. Most recently we have also added a scaffolding division which not only furnishes us with our own scaffolding and sidewalk bridging, but also offers its services to contractors who need just scaffolding or sidewalk bridging. We currently perform work both in the private sector and for City and State Agencies. Some of the agencies we have worked for are as follows: “Department of Environmental Protection”, “Department of Design and Construction”, “School Construction Authority”, “Dormitory Authority State of New York”, “Metropolitan Transit Authority” and “New York City Housing Authority”. A list of projects and contacts can be furnished to you upon request. Our construction team is well versed in all aspects of construction with well rounded experienced individuals in our work force. Our office staff work closely with the field personnel and as such can resolve issues very quickly and to the satisfaction of client’s, architects and general contractors.
