Sulisco provides IT architecture design services and consultancy to major brands. Project work has been undertaken for clients such as EE, O2, Oxford University Press, BSkyB, and Element Materials Technology. With almost three decades in the IT industry, Sulisco's senior architect, Chris Garrett, has a great breadth of experience, drawing from over a decade as a solution architect. Grown organically from his origins as a software developer, then software team lead, principal designer, and design authority; he is now a seasoned architect. With a decade of working in telco, over highly complex multi-channel architectures, Sulisco has covered the full end-to-end of IT estate capabilities, within TOGAF and ITIL environments. This experience is transferrable to organisations in other industries wanting a path towards telco levels of IT maturity. Sulisco is highly experienced in working collaboratively with business leaders and their visions, guiding them along the path to success with customer-focussed pragmatic IT solutions that meet their business objectives, budget, internal and regulatory governance, and service requirements. Stakeholder management is always key. Having worked extensively with business leaders, and in IT delivery teams, Sulisco is skilled at bridging the language and culture gaps between them. This fosters a successful project outcome where each party’s expectations are fully managed. To keep up with new trends, Sulisco's senior architect, Chris Garrett, periodically rolls up his sleeves and puts the latest technologies to work, creating commercial software products with his own personal projects. This keeps Sulisco's solution architecture designs in tune with the latest capabilities, and maintains the skills required to bridge the gap between business owners and IT delivery teams.
