About Summerville Tax & Accounting

Taking ownership of Summerville Tax has brought Stefanie back home. She is a graduate of local schools Greenbrier High School with honors and Augusta State University (now Augusta University) where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Started as Summerville Business Services by Ronald Haynes, Ron finally followed through on his threat to retire beginning with the 2015 income tax filing season in 2016. As the new owner, Stefanie purchased the business effective February 1, 2016 and has continued to move the business forward on the path Ron started. Stefanie returns to the CSRA after spending ten years in the "Triangle," Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, North Carolina where she received her CPA license in 2011 and earned her Juris Doctor with an additional taxation certificate from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2013. After learning the ropes in the Big Four at KPMG, LLP working with private equity and high net worth foreign clients in the federal tax division, Stefanie decided she was ready to take the next step and become a sole practitioner. Stefanie now works with individual and small business clients to ensure each client is kept in compliance with all federal and state tax rules and regulations!
