About Summit Community Gardens and EATS
Our Vision An inclusive, sustainable community focused on learning, connection, and stewardship for current and future generations. Our Mission Our mission is to gather, learn and grow in our gardens and schools. About Us Our mission merged from two original purposes: Eat Awesome Things (EATS) -to empower and grow healthy communities with fun, food, and nutrition advocacy and Summit Community Gardens (SCG) - empowering our community to gather, learn, and garden at high altitudes. Together, we enhance our objectives to engage the community through four programs based on Education, Food Security, Sustainability, and Gathering. We serve children, families, and community members in Park City and Summit County, Utah, by providing them with interactive programs that promote nutritious habits and positive social experiences. These programs lead us toward an inclusive and sustainable community focused on education, connection, and stewardship for current and future generations.
