At a micro level, employee education is a critical component of our service model. We help prepare employees for their eventual retirement by reviewing their deferral rates and discussing strategies to increase them over time. Providing a personalized and targeted level of service also differentiates our approach. Finally, we provide access to investments at their institutional share class, which delivers a lower cost investment program without sacrificing investment performance. Therefore, this provides a significant savings to the plan which translates to reduced fees for participants, helping them to accumulate more assets in their account.
