Summit Wellness and Nutrition is a Chicago-based dietetics private practice dedicated to helping individuals cultivate compassionate relationships with food. Founded by Caitlyn Campbell, MPH, RD, LDN, CEDS, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, the practice offers weight-inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and fat-positive nutrition counseling. Caitlyn's holistic approach empowers clients to define wellness on their own terms, free from diet culture pressures, and honors each person's unique journey, values, and needs. With a Master's in Public Health from the University of Michigan and extensive experience across various levels of eating disorder care, Caitlyn is also passionate about sports dietetics, promoting intuitive, joyful, and mindful movement. Services include nutrition counseling, loved one coaching, and public speaking services. Summit Wellness and Nutrition is in-network with United Healthcare and BCBSIL, with private pay and sliding scale options available. The unique Loved One Coaching services, not to be confused with medical nutrition therapy, provide opportunities for loved ones of those with eating disorders to receive critical education and guidance on how to support their loved ones struggling with their relationship with food.
