Sun International FZE, a 100% owned subsidiary of Sun International Pvt Ltd was established in Dubai in the year 2008. Registered with the Jebel Ali Free Trade Zone, the subsidiary operates from its centrally located offices in the Concord Tower in ‘Dubai Media City’ overlooking famous Palm Jumeira & Atlantis Hotel. The Company shares the extensive and elaborate knowledgebase of the Parent Company, which possesses the wealth of over two decades of global trade, as well as the significant advantage of operating out of a major International business hub. At present the primary activity is trade, generated out of the Sun Group's core competence in the International trade of fertilizers and fertilizer intermediates or raw materials, which is sourced from diverse countries to supply to Customers in India and other high-growth countries. The parent Company, Sun International Pvt. Ltd., through its global presence in the fertilizer business of more than twenty years, has established an extensive network of business Associates in South Africa, Egypt, U.A.E., China, Europe and North America. In addition to its core business of fertilizers & fertilizer raw materials, Sun International FZE is diversifying into International trade of commodities like coal, iron ore, steel, cement and agri-commodities. This progression to a multi-commodity trading Company is ably supported by Associate offices located in China, South Africa and Singapore that assist Sun International FZE with the sourcing, contracting, coordination of each shipment as well as post-shipment services that maybe required. Given the significant advantages of being located in a global business hub, Sun International FZE is also a vehicle for overseas investments by SUN Group, to build backward and forward linkages to further its objectives of becoming a multi-commodity player of significance in the International scene. <Amandeep S.
