About Sun & Soil Health Company
Sun & Soil Juice Company opened the doors in Midtown Sacramento, June 2014 (19th & P street). The Mission was simple – to infuse raw organic nutrition into the community through delicious juice, smoothies, and food. The response was overwhelmingly positive with an immediate demand for the organic concoctions. In 2022 we merged with Insight Coffee Roasters to forge a new company dedicated to nutrition and building health from within. We will stay true to real organic ingredients loaded with taste but never preservatives. We will provide insight to our products to help customers understand how they are fueling their bodies. Our cafes will now operate as Sun & Soil and will offer cold-pressed juice, a full espresso bar with housemade plant milks, smoothies, açaí bowls and more. Insight will continue to source and roast carefully selected coffees from around the world for like minded wholesale partners who value quality and taste. In conjunction with the merge, Sun & Soil opened a new location in West Sacramento (3650 Industrial Blvd, #140). This location features our Juice Bar, Full Espresso Bar, Insight Roastery, Seminar Room and Juice Production Facility. Sun & Soil’s mission is to build strong relationships within our community by creating healthy, organic juices, smoothies and food. We receive the freshest organic produce to ensure that the quality and flavor of our products is outstanding. PURE. ORGANIC. LOVE. What Makes us different? • Fresh, Local, Organic Produce and Dairy (No GMOs!) • No Processed Sugars • Naturally Raw, Vegan/Vegetarian and Gluten-free Why do we use the Cold-Press method of Juicing? Unlike a traditional centrifugal juicer, the cold-press juicer minimizes heat and oxidation of nutrients and places two tons of pressure upon the pulp to extract the juice. This method releases 3-5 times the amount of micro nutrients, enzymes and flavor compared to traditional juicing methods.
