About Suna Pilates + Wellbeing

Exercise often doesn’t work - if the postural focus isn’t right the muscles can’t work correctly. Suna Pilates postural focus and correction makes it different and more effective than anything you have ever tried before. It quickly improves your body shape, toning and fitness while maximising your core conditioning, strength and flexibility. Our small group classes are fully supervised/directed by a trainer giving you loads of personal attention. With our great membership plans and over 80 classes a week on the timetable it’s easy to fit our 45 minute sessions into your week. Suna Pilates de-stresses and energises, leaving you feeling mentally and physically refreshed. Our goal is to build strength, stability and mobility through all positions improving posture and creating a happier, healthier, hotter body for you to play in. Each monthly focus is designed to educate you to achieve this. We are very excited to soon be Franchising so please get in touch if you are interested.
