Over the past twenty years they have managed the acquisition of over 80,000 acres of land in many of the most dynamic housing markets in the US and Canada. More recently, the Suncrest management team and its investor partners have acquired nearly 4,000 acres of raw land, successfully re-zoned over 13,000 residential lots and sold approximately 7,100 engineered and or improved lots to most of America’s largest homebuilders. This activity represents the deployment of over $350 million in capital since Suncrest’s inception in 2016.
