Joanna Maneckji is the Founder and Owner of Sunny Acres. Sunny Acres is a consultancy that marries its founder's areas of expertise: learning design, people development and art. My core expertise lies in adult learning design. Most recently I spent 4 years leading and transforming a global, multi-generational, remote team of learning specialists at Philips. My company, Sunny Acres, founded in 2022, has three branches of focus. First, I offer consulting and coaching in all aspects of the field of corporate Learning & Development. From functional strategy and governance to process design and capability building, I can work with you to create a high-performing function. Digital adoption in the function, setting up learning evaluation/impact measurement, and change management are some of my deep strengths. Second, I deliver manager and leadership development programs as an associate with world-renowned training providers or through partnering directly with your company. I have a particular interest in women's development, new manager development and dispersed leadership. I have also been certified as a coach by the NeuroLeadership Institute. Third, I have developed an art-based solution for team effectiveness and employee wellness. My facilitated collage sessions give individuals and teams the time to express themselves through art, processing together how to be more effective through a deeper understanding of organisation values, ways of working, direction, and goals. Collage helps with integrating learning, provides meditative focus, and promotes a sense of well-being.
