Sunny Horizons Therapy Services provides high-quality, in-home pediatric therapy for children ages 0–3 across San Diego. We specialize in occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy, helping young children build foundational skills through compassionate, evidence-based care. Founded by pediatric occupational therapist Christine Sherwood, our practice is rooted in a family-centered approach that empowers parents while supporting each child’s unique development. With experience both locally and as a traveling therapist, Christine brings a warm, professional perspective to early intervention therapy. At Sunny Horizons, we believe that early support can make a lasting impact. We focus on play-based strategies that promote motor development, sensory processing, communication, independence, and emotional regulation.
