Matt was able to build a rapidly growing service business and referral base through his eager dedication to serving and delighting customers. Once Matt realized he could help customers more by offering trash hauling and junk removal services, that was all she wrote! By being able to find and train employees who are just as dedicated to pleasing customers as Matt is, he’s been able to delegate his responsibilities with pressure washing, and focus nearly entirely on serving his trash hauling and junk removal customers.
