We achieve this by adhering to our high level of values while recognizing that you are the expert in your healthcare decisions and are, therefore, in charge. The Sunrise Hospice Care team is devoted to serving you with the utmost respect and dignity by honoring your wishes. We will partner with you in order to make a plan of care that is best suited to you. You and your family will have access to a range of services from nurse visits and spiritual advising to emotional support and bereavement care, and so much more. The members of our highly skilled professionals include experienced Nurses, a Medical Director, Spiritual counselor, Hospice Aide, Bereavement Counselor, Medical Social Worker and Volunteers.
