THE STORY OF SUNRISE INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC When Duane and Jill first met, there was an instant connection. Duane had already been in the real estate redevelopment field, where as Jill had always wanted to be more involved in rehabbing homes. Duane started as a carpenter at the age of 19, and Jill's father was one as well. With the two of them having the same dreams and passion they formed HOPE HOME LLC. In 2017 Nancy met with the investors of HOPE Home LLC and realized that they shared the same goals, and decided to partner with them. SUNRISE INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC was formed and we are now able to offer families the ability to sell their existing homes, purchase a renovated home at a good price point, and work with private investors interested in becoming lenders for a high rate of return.
