Your perfect, Northwoods, summer getaway is all right here at Sunset View Lakeside Resort & Tavern! Fish, boat, and enjoy a variety of water sports. Play volleyball, yard games, or take a dip in our small, private beach. Or just relax with a cocktail on our outdoor, lakeside patio, while watching the sunset on beautiful Upper Post Lake. Our cozy cabins feature knotty pine throughout, complete with full kitchens, hot and cold running water, microwaves, coffee makers, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Upon arrival, fresh bedding and linens are all provided. Each cabin includes free WiFi, Direct TV, and Air Conditioning. Indoor bathrooms include walk-in showers. All cabins sit lakeside and feature screened-in porches, overlooking Upper Post Lake. Each cabin, also, includes its own parking spot, charcoal grill, picnic table, and bonfire pit. Our popular Sunset View Tavern features outdoor, lakeside, patio seating with gorgeous views of Upper Post Lake! With a full bar, guests are served in both the indoor tavern and outdoor patio with cold beverages, refreshing cocktails, pub pizza, yummy ice cream treats, and a variety of snacks. Off-sale beer, wine, and liquor is available, as well. Watch all of your important games and sporting events on our big screen TVs, play a round of pool or darts, or head outside for a game of bean bags, ladderball, or volleyball. We host several fun events throughout the summer and winter months, including a variety of music, games, and contests. We have a front row seat to the Annual 4th of July fireworks display over Upper Post Lake and the boat parade beginning at our own Sunset View Resort (2020).
