SUNWAYS Founder and CEO Mark Baldwin had to watch his mom go through the painful process of being the primary caregiver after his grandmother had a stroke. After weeks of misguidance and having to move her several times, she finally settled into a Skilled Nursing facility. Essentially, that’s when the idea of SUNWAYS Senior Living Concierge was born. Our goal is to not only find the appropriate Senior housing for your loved one, but also be a Concierge service that connects you with all of the other local resources you’re going to need during the process. Sometimes finding the right Senior community for your loved one is just a small part of the puzzle, as you may find yourself needing an Eldercare Lawyer, Financial advisor, Real Estate agent and a moving company specializing in downsizing. We specialize in not only finding the right community based on budget, level of care, location and activities, but also putting you in contact with our network of other local resources to ensure a smooth transition.
