To realize this vision, Suparna Health AI LLC has developed an AI-enabled data platform that combines, refines, and filters multiple datasets of the prevalence of communicable and chronic diseases, demographics, Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries, healthcare facilities, etc to produce local integrated meaningful insights at ZIP code and census tract level. The platform provides actionable information digitally enabling the creation of cases/outbreak investigation, and contact tracing. As public health work involves a lot of field-level activities, software including reports is available on IOS/Android phones. Out-of-the-box platform provides screening and guidance tools, appointment systems and QR code-based checking systems to health facilities. The platform has layered Geographical Map-based navigation systems both on the web and mobile apps to visualize and analyze health data. The solution is developed using the best of the available technologies. The front end is based on React and Typescript (USWDS design systems) whereas REST API backends are developed using Node.js/Express and Django/Python. The entire solution is designed to keep the security and privacy requirements of healthcare data. The solution is section 508 compliant. Operationally the solution can be deployed on the Kubernetes platform or standalone servers. The solution is designed to rapidly incorporate change as per the local requirement of Public Health Departments. This enables us to deploy a working-level solution within 30 days.
