Superior Handling Equipment, founded in 1977, provides a uniquely designed cantilever dock lift for locations not housed with a typical raised loading dock. Their Speed-Lifts and Mobile Dock Lifts (MDL) have a lifting design which allows the platform to raise with an even flow in a smooth motion. Unlike most dock lift designs that require permanent mounting within a pit, the Speed-Lift has wheels so it can be pushed around one facility or transported to another location, yet it still can be secured to the ground by a variety of anchoring systems. The Mobile Dock Lift is different from the Speed-Lift in that its tires are road-worthy so it can be towed anywhere with either a truck or SUV. Headquartered in Ormond Beach, FL, Superior Handling Equipment is ISO certified and employs highly trained technicians with a wealth of fabricating knowledge and experience.
