Superior Underground provides two main services horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and Hydro Excavation services. For our HDD services we install electric, gas and complex fiber optic conduit systems as well as large diameter bores ranging from 2 inches to 30 inches. The bore lengths range from 50 feet to 1200 feet. By using this advanced method of boring, the results provide a minimal impact trenchless method of installing underground utilities such as pipe, conduit, or cables in a relatively shallow arc or radius along a prescribed underground path using a surface-launched drilling rig. We also provide extensive HYDRO EXCAVATION SERVICES which is the process of daylighting underground infrastructure such as electrical, fiber and gas facilities. Using hydro excavation avoids damage to underground pipes, lines, and cables. This in turn eliminates the high expenses needed for repairs and restoration.
