The World: "I Need a Hero!" SuperMe: We are working on a community outreach program that will be rolled out over the next 12 months in increments: - Weekly Volunteer initiatives begins as follows: LA DTLA 8.16 (DTLA will be our first Hero team initiative. This is going to be the birth of our journey. We are in discussions with the Midnight Mission on Skid Row and the Governing Bodies to organize groups of willing participants. Our first time could be preparing hygiene kits, or meal boxes, serving food, or something simple. Though, the opportunity exists to run motivational workshops, vocational seminars, H+I Panels, honestly if you have never been down to Skid Row, it will change your life and your heart will be filled with gratitude when you return home. Remember, we get to go home, our goal id to inspire these people to lift themselves up so they can find their way "home" too). HLLYWD 8.23 (We are working on the research involved in finding Hollywood based non-profits in need of group volunteer activity. Since SuperMe is a new organization I am confident this will not be an issue. Please feel free to spread the word. We are simply trying to spreadmessage and help people here).
