About SuperTech Academy
SuperTech Kids is a coding academy with a vision to address the skills shortage created by the “Fourth Industrial Revolution”. We recognise that the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” is blurring the lines between the physical, digital, and biological spheres, collectively referred to as cyber-physical systems. In the process, new jobs are being created as conventional ones disappear. Skills gaps across all industries are poised to grow in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Rapid advances in artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and other emerging technologies are happening in ever shorter cycles, changing the very nature of the jobs that need to be done - and the skills needed to do them - faster than ever before. Few schools teach coding in early childhood and this is not enough to address the Fourth Industrial Revolution IT skills gap.
