We are like-minded education recruitment specialists sharing a common passion for supporting the local education sector with transparent and efficient services. Combining over 30 years of experience, we have set out to be the agency of choice in the South West for both educators and schools alike. Following experience working for a large national provider, we have pooled our skills and ideas to create a bespoke agency with more care, time and attention for the things that really matter - quality educators, an outstanding candidate experience with a commitment to fair pay, and an excellent service that represents value to schools. Our owners, are based locally in Cornwall and pride themselves on having an expert knowledge of South West schools and the leaders and educators that make them tick. James, the Group Managing Director at Supply Hive is born and bred in the SW too. After 10+ years working across England for a large national education agency, he now dedicates his time to opening and supporting new businesses and small business owners that want to pave their own way outside of the corporate world. Together our mission is to change the market in the South West and place greater importance on fair pay for Teachers. For too long, teachers have had to compromise on lower pay levels; that is coming to an end!
