We are committed to the ideal that studios work better when they work together. There are teams, right now, with a deadline they can't reach because they can't find just one or two people for a couple months. Who are desperately searching for skilled, experienced, trustworthy developers. Most of them won't be able to find help in time. And at this very moment, there are studio heads staring at a cash-flow sheet trying to figure out how they're going to keep the lights on and the team together for a couple more months. They have a project lined up, they have a contract and a start date, but they need to find a way to survive until then. And right now there are studios dying because of this. Just because they can't find each other. How stupid is that? This is what we want to change at Supply Drop. Our goal is to provide a connection point between studios when they most need it. After all, these studios are our friends; our comrades-in-arms. We're not fighting against each other, there is room for all of us to exist and to thrive. What we've built is a platform where you can find people when you need them without the time it would take to hire more teammates, and where you can find short-term projects so you can keep your awesome team together. We can't solve all the problems that go into this. We're not trying to. What we offer is very simple: a way for studios to connect with each other. But we can't do it without you. The more studios using the platform, the easier it will be to find what you need, when you need it. This only works if we do it together.
