Support Kansas City opened its doors to the nonprofit community in April of 2001, serving charitable organizations throughout Kansas and Missouri. Our mission is to provide nonprofit organizations with business and development expertise, empowering them to focus on their missions SKC has created a unique blend of back-office support services including accounting, board and strategy development, fund development and database support, general administrative and project management support. SKC impacts nonprofit agencies by providing quality support services to organizations that do not have the capacity to deliver due to limited staff, time and/or expertise. This allows our clients' staff to allocate their resources to the agency's mission and programs. SKC impacts the nonprofit sector by assisting and providing best practices through the development and delivery of improved reporting tools in the areas of accounting, database, fund development and strategy management.
