About Support Studio

Support Studio was founded in 2021 and is currently delivering highly skilled and personable mental health and disability support work throughout the Greater Melbourne (VIC) and Northern Rivers (NSW) areas. The Support Studio approach is based on evidence. Our practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred. Essentially this means we’ll aim to understand your difficult experiences, work with you to build on your skills, and always ensure you’re in the driver’s seat. We utilise a holistic model that is task-focused and goal orientated, taking into consideration your physical, emotional and social needs. Together we will help you identify the things you want to achieve, working collaboratively to turn your goals into outcomes. This might include helping you to be more involved in your community, working towards your education or employment goals, improving your health and wellbeing, building your independent living skills, or simply doing more of the activities you enjoy. Here at Support Studio we prioritise safety, privacy and respect and will establish a relationship with you that is both relational and professional. To ensure we achieve our objective of providing high quality supports, we seek out people that are highly trained, skilled and experienced. We invest in them, providing them with the necessary training, supervision and support, to ensure they are well equipped to meet your needs. We also pay them accordingly, to ensure we attract and retain the best available people to work with you.
