About Surepak

Surepak specialises in the printing and conversion of polypropylene packaging. We Flexographically print onto the surface or reverse of various substrates using HD photopolymer plates to create a range of products including: Doy Pouches, K Seal Pouches, Quad Pouches and Side Seal Pouches. These can be customised to suit your product, or we can provide clear, metallic and paper stock pouches. Using HD Photopolymer plates we are able to add clarity and definition to any process image to create packaging that is truly a work of art. We are also able to hotfoil and thermally print on to bags which can be done in isolation, or to overprint flexographic printing to further enhance the visual appeal of a design. As a company we are BRC Packaging Certified - The Standard is designed to assist packaging manufacturers and converters to adopt good manufacturing practices and supporting quality management systems to develop and manufacture safe, legal packaging materials meeting their customer’s quality requirements. Due to this we maintain a high working standard and are able to create packaging for the food and drink industries.
