About Surf Salutations

We're a boutique yoga and fitness studio in Oceanside, CA. Surf Salutations’ roots started in Sydney, Australia, where we fell in love with the slow, relaxed, “no worries” aussie lifestyle, the unique beach culture, and balanced approach to work and life. We are on a mission to create a laid-back, friendly and inclusive community of like-minded people on their journey to physical and mental wellbeing through yoga, sculpt, strength training, and mindfulness (and maybe some fun in the surf along the way too!)
