SURFACE ENGINEERING S.r.l. is a manufacturer of metal finishing machines used for surface finishing of long products such as tubes, bars and shaped parts. Our aim is to design and produce customised machines that always provide the required level of finishing and ensure repeatable quality. We develop solutions for a wide range of industries, including the major producers of stainless steel, tubes and bars mills, automotive parts manufacturers, producers of radiators and heating systems and manufacturers of decorative metal components. Surface Engineering machines can be installed as separate units as well as in line, integrated with different productive processes. Our technologies include: - brushing, polishing and grinding for removal of surface defects, achievement of a target roughness, preparation for hard chrome plating or decorative finishing; - cosmetic finishing; - deburring; - special finishing. A team of in-house technical specialists and dedicated engineers allows us to meet customers' needs day by day, always guaranteeing quality, a flexible service and after sales support.
