Our Spectrum of Services SurgNet Health Partners provides a full spectrum of services from the evaluation of an existing, underperforming center to the development of new centers from analysis and design to the ongoing management of existing and/or new facilities: • Existing ASC evaluation – We perform operational assessments on existing, underperforming centers including revenue cycle processes, utilization and staffing. • Development of de novo centers – We perform feasibility studies, provide financial models and develop new joint-ventured ASCs with health systems and/or physician partners. • Syndication – We work closely with external counsel on the development of the Private Offering Memorandum (“POM”) prior to syndication. During the syndication, we direct the distribution of POMs to prospective physician partners and manage the entire syndication process, legal and regulatory, through the close of the offering. • Real estate – We provide assistance and consultation in identifying architects, construction, and real estate development companies. We also have relationships with and can provide access to real estate investment trusts "REITs" as needed and desired. • ASC management – We have extensive experience in ASC facility management. SurgNet management provides complete executive oversight with 24/7 accessibility and a regular on-site presence. We provide monthly financial operations reviews with key Center leadership, provide guidance and access of resources for AAAHC accreditation, and offer direct supervision of Center administration. SurgNet is an active participant in all governing board and medical executive committee meetings/processes and also the professional staff credentials process. We lead the recruitment of new physician partners/utilizers and Center staff. SurgNet advises physician ownership on strategies related to culture, awareness, and branding as well as sales and exit strategies.
