Surprenant & Beneski, P.C. is a family owned law firm that assists families with life's most important decisions. Our passion is to develop a life long relationship with our clients. Ultimately, providing them with peace of mind. We strive to help families reach their goal for protecting assets from the cost of long-term nursing home care. We help guide our clients choose alternative decision makers to empower them on how they want to be cared for should they become disabled. Additionally, one of our goals is to minimize a family's estate tax and protect their inheritances from creditors and potential predators. A common misconception is that estate planning is just for the older families. We help young families recognize the need for estate planning, as well. Specifically by helping parents decide upon guardians for their young children. Also, we help parents in planning for their college bound students. Finally, here at Surprenant & Beneski, we are deeply committed with working to help better our local community. We conduct ongoing free public education events on a variety of topics. We also run year a round food drive to help our local food pantries that service those most in need.
