SMEF is a race equality non-governmental organisation advocating the voice of Black and minoritised ethnic population of Surrey. VISION To develop unity amongst diverse communities with an active focus on improved well-being for all in Surrey. MISSION To engage and empower minoritised ethnic communities to work together to actively find solutions to the social and economic challenges they face.
